The Glen Waverley and District Inter Church Council is a small, hardworking committee. Most of the members have been on the committee for many years and they represent a small number of the churches in the area.
The GWIC Council annual activities includes organizing an Inter-church Way of the Cross event on Good Friday at Glen Waverley Central Reserve Oval owned by the Monash Council. Over 500 people attend from all Christian Faiths in Monash. This event has been held for the last 36 years.
